The city of Vilnius — a small, compact capital city, with a population of about 550 thousand people. All major attractions of the city gathered in one place — the historical center. In addition, the railway and bus stations are also located in the Old Town, which is very convenient for travelers. The airport is located 10 km from the center, so you will be able to reach it easily, if you bought tickets to Europe. A search for a transfer and its order will cost you no more than 15,00 €.

Some streets of the old city are so narrow that it can be difficult to miss two people. And these small, winding streets give to the city some mystery and magic. On many of these streets you can find a hotel cheaply.

Another interesting architectural structure of the Lithuanian capital — a new building of the Vilnius University Library. It is located in Saletikis area where settled many universities of the city. Interesting in its architectural design of the building at first glance does not look like a student library with most any modern art museum. This library is equipped with the latest information and computer equipment that provides students with almost limitless possibilities.
